The Tour

RE/MAX “CAP Tour” is the official RE/MAX Egypt tour providing free visits for targeted clients to get the experience of the New Administrative Capital. Its formula has been designed to provide luxurious rides using updated real estate technology tools.

A fleet of RE/MAX branded coach buses run daily; 7 days a week, enabling registered visitors to experience the New Administrative Capital and our partner projects, through strategically located pick-up points across Cairo, to facilitate trips to our visitors who will register and come from different governorates.

The carefully devised tour provides an overview of the New Administrative Capital, delivered by RE/MAX tour champions and real estate consultants on board. Our professional team will talk our visitors through a journey of information about the New Administrative Capital and its landmarks and projects from different perspectives, including real estate and investment.

All buses are equipped with high technology and sound systems and surveillance cameras. An interactive touch screen is installed in front of each seat that operates to an on boarding user friendly experience which operates once the passenger inserts their confirmation code or mobile number. Refreshments and giveaways are introduced along the ride, assuring a comfortable ride.

RE/MAX is determined on applying all necessary safety and hygiene measures and barriers for our clients and teams. Our guests’ safety is most important for us. Applying those practices has proved extremely high efficiency in protecting people and saving valuable human assets while allowing them to perform their duties and achieve their targets. Temperatures are checked before getting on board of the bus and properly worn face masks are mandatory all time while on board. All buses are sanitized after each trip.

The Experience

Visitors will interact with the first and only leading real estate technology experience developed with this program. A customized booking system that’s integrated with an on-boarding system in all buses, allows visitors to log in using their confirmation codes or phone numbers and start their personalized journey. Live GPS tracking and multimedia about the New Administrative Capital and program partners will play along the tour. All information needed throughout the visit will be available on the on-boarding informative system, in addition to RE/MAX champions who will assist all visitors through inquiries.

The New Administrative Capital

Egypt’s New Administrative Capital is a transformational enterprise which aims to alleviate Greater Cairo’s increasing densification and establish a new growth hub for future generations. The New Administrative Capital will help to strengthen and diversify the country’s economic potential by creating new places to live, work and visit. In order to draw people to this new capital city, a series of key catalyst developments will be established at its core. This will include a new government administrative district, a cultural district and a wide variety of urban neighborhoods.a

The Location

The New Administrative Capital is located 35 KM east of Cairo and lies between the regional ring road, the Cairo-Suez road and Cairo-El Ain El Sokhna road. It is located on the border of Badr city, just after New Cairo, Future City, and Madinaty. The Suez Road and Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis are the main roads leading to the New Capital.
